The target audience of this seminar was the scientists and management staff of the Institute. The event was led by the top-class project managers : Gorazd Weiss and Philipp Brugner from the Austrian company ZSI. Both employee of IMBG's partner of the consortium of BIONANOSENS.

The first part of the event was dedicated to project management requirements. Thus, we focused on the different stages of a project life cycle and their related EU rules namely - planning, implementation and reporting. In more details, our two project managers emphasized to us how essential a wide dissemination of information about the project and the results achieved was, once the work performed is achieved.  Thanks to their valuable help, we won a better understanding of the purpose of the management and administration rules.

The second part of the seminar was an information day on the 9th Framework Program « Horizon Europe » and the invitation to the seminar was widely distributed. Gorazd Weiss and Philipp Brugner made a very good presentation on all aspects of the Horizon Europe : How to find an appropriate call, How to find partner, Scope, expected impacts...Afterwards there were joined by Ukrainian scientists and managers, some of whom took advantage of the online seminar (16 participants) to expand their network. Wich is for us a huge succes !
